Getting Over It is a 2D game that became surprisingly popular over a short amount of time. It was released on October 6th of 2017. Getting Over It is very popular between Twitch and Youtube streamers, it being a hard and short game good to speedrun.

About The Game

Getting Over It is most popular for being known as a very hard game. Which seems to be a popular trend lately with Cuphead being released not that long ago. In Getting Over It you are a man stuck in a cauldron with only a hammer and your own muscles to climb over large obstacles like trees, mountains, and plastic cups. The main reason of the game's hardness is the different controls and how easy it is to loose all of your progress with one small move.

My Opinion

In my opinion the game is great. It brings a challenge to the gaming scene that we really are needing lately. Cuphead is huge proof of that. Don't get me wrong we don't need unfair hard games like we've had in the past with mario remake flash games. We need more fair games that offer a good challenge. Games have always been about giving you a challenge from Super Mario to Mega Man. Don't get me wrong, a good story, and sometimes even relaxing parts in games are a good thing. But we still need that challenge. But then again we have been getting a lot of online games recently with PUBG being released and Fortnite getting suddenly popular. Difficulty in games where you actually fight against other people is more about your personal skill as a player fighting against other players with their own skill. The game cant' really control how good everyone is.

Conclusion

In conclusion Getting Over With Bennett Foddy is a great game in my opinion. It's exactly what we need in the gaming scene and something about the game just works. The controls get fun after a while and it succeeds at getting you frustrated but still wanting to come back for more. It's a very addictive game in the best way possible.

Blade of Mercy The Blade Of Mercy is a weapon in Bloodborne that can be either a normal sword, or twin blades. The BoM has somewhat small starting damage with a base 60 physical and 30 arcane. It is a pure skill weapon, so leveling skill will be a great idea for this weapon. At +0 it has a C ranking in Skill, then at +1 to +4 it has a B ranking, +5 to +9 it has an A ranking and at 10+ it has an S ranking. The BoM is a fast weapon, and great for fast combos. Infact, it's main combo happens to be an R1 spam. With the BoM you can get an 8 hit combo just with R1. While in transformed mode its L2 does a sweep attack then a back step. The best attacks for this weapon are attacks followed up by running or dashing, as it does 50% more damage when done so. Though the thing is, to get this weapon you normally have to go through Eileen the Crow's quest line then Defeat Rom, a later game boss.
